Hi! My name is Alexa. Welcome to my blog Surviving Momday! I am 32 years old, a Leo, a wife and a mother to our 3 year old daughter. Becoming a mother has been one of the most rewarding, scary, and challenging experiences I have ever had. In my prior life, I worked as a Staff Accountant for 9 years. Now, I am a stay-at-home mom. I do bookkeeping for a few small companies on the side, which has been nice.

I started this blog to have a creative outlet and to hopefully show my daughter one day. I have always had a love for cooking and it has become even more enjoyable now that I have a picky toddler. I love a good challenge in the kitchen (where you at Bobby Flay?!). I hope you enjoy this journey with me and find some helpful tips and yummy recipes to share with your family.
